You'll hear the relaxing sound of the waves from Casa Marina Bahia and see it's waters and sunsets, and the Marina and boats, from the rooftop terrace. Located in between the towns of Potrero and Flamingo, it is known for its stunning sunsets, with boats and yachts twinkling like jewels on the ocean. It is a popular destination for sunbathing, walking, fishing and is home the fabulous Flamingo Marina and its shops and restaurants.
  2. Playa Flamingo: Located just a mile south and a literal 3 minute drive from Casa Marina Bahia, Playa Flamingo is a popular destination for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. The beach is known for its beautiful white sands and clear blue waters, and lively waves. 
  3. Playa Penca: Just 2.5 miles, and a 10 minute drive away, is undoubtedly one of our favorite beaches, Playa Penca, and it's the beach pictured in this page. A secluded beach located next to the town of Potrero, It’s known for its light sand, clear turquoise waters, and peaceful atmosphere, making it a favorite spot for those seeking a more off-the-beaten-path beach experience. Playa Penca is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying sunsets, and it offers a relaxing escape from the more crowded tourist beaches. 
  4. Playa Danta: About 5 miles away and a 15 minute drive from Casa Marina Bahia, it is a tranquil beach located in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, near the town of Las Catalinas. Known for its calm waters at low and mid-tide (though the waves can get pretty frisky at high tide!), makes it perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, and snorkeling.
